Live progress messages for background skills

• When a skill runs in the background, progress messages are now streamed live to the AI component so you can see what is happening in real time.
• The PDF to markdown conversion now handles complex URLs more reliably, reducing character mix-ups during import.
• Fixed a bug regarding filtering of skills by type (such as API) so that it no longer causes the page to go blank or the filter options to disappear. The list now behaves correctly and filters can be removed as expected.
