A configurable persona for each lifecycle stage

New features

• Each lifecycle stage now has its own configurable persona, giving you more control over how the AI behaves at different points in the customer journey.
• Skills can now be linked to specific lifecycle stages. A new “Lifecycle stage” filter makes it easy to find and manage skills by stage.

Improvements

• The “Monitoring” tab in lifecycle stages has been reorganized for clarity, with a simplified criteria list and the ability to add custom criteria.
• Workspace access control now supports per-domain and per-path rules aligned with lifecycle stages, so you can precisely define who can access what.
• Maturity level scoring has been refined: stages that are disabled or have no active implementation no longer contribute to the overall score.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue where expired sessions did not show a clear error and still attempted to run an AI query in the background.
• The selected topic is now correctly applied when starting a new conversation.
• Images from Google Docs are now imported during content ingestion.
