- You can now configure opening hours for your AI skills, so they are only offered to users during your business hours, including support for holidays and exceptions.
Improvements
- When an API skill has no data transformer configured, the raw result is now passed directly to the AI for processing, making simple API integrations easier to set up.
- Integration limits are now correctly shared across workspaces — if you already have an integration active in one workspace, activating it in another no longer counts double against your limit.
- The CSV upload component has been rebuilt for improved stability and reliability.
Bug fixes
- Adding a translation corpus no longer shows an error, and downloading a corpus now returns the correct file instead of an empty spreadsheet.
- Translation corpus-based answers now follow the expected behavior more reliably.
- Resolved an issue that could prevent the AI maturity score from loading correctly.
- Login issues in the Team Assistant have been resolved.
- Messages sent by a support agent in livechat are no longer lost when a user briefly disconnects and reconnects.
- The link to a flagged conversation now correctly opens that specific conversation.
