Always know where a source sits in your structure.
UI & components
  • When viewing a source document, you can see which topic it’s located in.
  • Filtering conversations for email address (contains/does not contain) was giving the same results. This has been fixed.
  • The content optimizer now generates a summary, introduction, and FAQs. (While this is not yet visible in Unless, it is part of all the work we’re doing in the background for the new component UI.)
