User lookup by reference ID

• User lookup will be by reference_id, if the chat metadata contains it, instead of email.
• Linking to Sticos sources is now supported.

Bug fixes:

• The AI component no longer freezes when kept open for a long time.
• Actions (and action clicks) at the very end of a conversation weren’t visible in the conversation details. This has been fixed.
• Follow-up questions generated by the AI were not always from the selected topic. This is now fixed.
• For an AI action, if “ignore existing value” is selected, the AI was only asking for the value the first time and wouldn’t ask again in the same conversation. Now it will always ask.
