Action triggers can surface connected resources

• Action triggers can now show a list of connected resources (not just FAQs).
• The first response in the Team Assistant now also shows thumbs up & down options.
• Fixed the video player overlay component opening behind the chat component.
• Fixed a bug regarding theme selection and editing.
