  • 🎉 The new and improved editor is live. This version also makes it easier for the Unless team to collaborate with you, without needing access to internal platforms and demo accounts.
  • Released an improved UI for variable collection (like when filling in a form to contact support).
  • In the chat UI, you can now hide the transcript and enlarge buttons if you choose.
  • In the enlarged chat view, it is now possible to change the background color of the bar on the left side.
  • Uploading a file in a different topic and reuploading a deleted file caused errors. These have been fixed.
