Pick up right where you left off in the team assistant.
Team assistant
Updates to the team assistant:
- You can now see the previous conversation history when re-opening a ticket. The AI will not generate a new response from scratch again.
- We’ve also added the option to Reset a conversation if needed.
- Notes are now available across sessions. To reflect this change, the Create note button has been renamed Notes.
