Review candidate questions and generate answers

• You can now review and accept or reject the candidate questions generated by Unless based on your historical tickets. When accepted, they will be added to your quality control questions. (Please contact us if you’d like your top 20 questions to be generated based on tickets.)
• To accept a candidate question, you have to write a control answer first. We know this can be tricky sometimes so we’ve added a Generate answer button you can use to prompt the AI. You can use the generated answer directly or have it be a starting point and make edits as needed.
• You can now filter conversations based on email address.
• The Freshdesk integration now supports multiple portals.
• The note feature in the team asisstant works again.
