Context
Asana is a work management platform, and plenty of teams run it as their intake queue too: a request becomes a task, and it only counts as handled once that task closes.
Connect it, and every task your team closes becomes grounding content for Living Knowledge, so the agent draws on how requests actually got answered rather than a generic script. The Team Assistant works inside Asana itself, answering directly from Living Knowledge and a search of related tasks, so nobody has to open a second tool to check what happened last time this came up. When a request genuinely needs a person, the agent hands off by opening a task in Asana, or by email if that fits your process better.
Key benefits
- Closed tasks become the next answer: Resolved Asana tasks feed Living Knowledge, so the agent handles requests your team has already answered once.
- Team Assistant works inside Asana: Your team answers requests without leaving Asana, using Living Knowledge and a search of related tasks.
- Escalate without losing the thread: When a request needs a person, the agent opens a task in Asana, or hands off by email, always with full context attached.
How does it work?
Unless watches Asana tasks close, and folds the resolved ones into Living Knowledge to ground the agent and keep the Help Center current. The Team Assistant answers on top of Asana using that knowledge and a search of related tasks. Anything a person needs to take on is opened as a task in Asana, or routed by email.
