Context

Accelo is a professional services automation platform built for agencies and consultancies: it runs client records, project delivery, and service tickets from one system, so a ticket never sits apart from the engagement it belongs to.

Connected to Unless, resolved Accelo tickets ground Living Knowledge, so the agent picks up the answers your team already gave and keeps the Help Center in step with how those engagements actually got closed out. The Team Assistant sits on top of Accelo itself, drawing on that knowledge plus a search of related tickets to answer without your team opening a second tool. If a question still needs a person, the agent hands it off by opening a ticket in Accelo, or by email where that fits the workflow better.

How does it work?

Accelo tickets that get marked resolved flow into Living Knowledge, grounding the agent in how your team actually answered clients and keeping the Help Center current. The Team Assistant then answers on top of Accelo, drawing on that knowledge and a search of related tickets. Anything that needs a person is opened as a ticket in Accelo, or handed off by email.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Accelo integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Accelo account and set up the integration.
