OneDrive for Business

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10

Bring your organization's OneDrive for Business content into Unless so your AI agent answers from what your teams actually wrote.
This is a premium connector. See the pricing page for more information.

Context

OneDrive for Business is Microsoft’s cloud storage for organizations, the document layer under Microsoft 365 that teams across the company add to every day. With Unless, that content flows into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.

Those documents become the grounding data your agent answers from, and a public Help Center publishes automatically from them, SEO handled, no matter how many teams across the business are the ones adding to OneDrive.

This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it doesn’t treat OneDrive for Business as its own silo, it combines and deduplicates it with everything else you connect - tickets, websites, merge requests - into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single tool.

Key benefits

  • Better data quality: Unless ingests OneDrive for Business documents directly, without the site navigation and footer noise a website crawl would add - useful when hundreds of people across teams are the ones adding files.
  • Always current: Edit a document anywhere in OneDrive for Business and Living Knowledge updates with it, so the agent never answers from a version someone already superseded.

How does it work?

Unless pulls documents from OneDrive for Business into Living Knowledge, grounding your AI customer agent’s answers and feeding the public Help Center embedded in it.

Install instructions
