OneDrive Personal
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
OneDrive Personal is Microsoft’s consumer cloud storage: one person’s own documents and files, rather than a shared team drive. With Unless, that content flows into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.
Those files become the grounding data your agent answers from, and a public Help Center builds itself on top of them automatically, SEO handled - even though the content started life as one person’s personal drive.
This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it doesn’t stop at one person’s OneDrive, it combines and deduplicates that with everything else you connect - documents, tickets, websites - into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single drive.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless imports OneDrive Personal files exactly as saved, skipping the navigation and footer clutter a website crawl would otherwise drag in.
- Always current: Edit a file in OneDrive Personal and Living Knowledge updates with it, so the agent never answers from an outdated version sitting in your drive.
How does it work?
Unless pulls files from your OneDrive Personal account into Living Knowledge, grounding your AI customer agent’s answers and feeding the public Help Center embedded in it.
Install instructions
