Context

Orange Logic runs CORTEX, a digital asset management platform built for large content libraries - the images, video, and rich media a marketing or media team manages at scale, each with its own metadata. With Unless, those assets flow into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.

Those assets and their CORTEX metadata become the grounding data your agent answers from, and a public Help Center publishes automatically from them, SEO handled.

This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: a DAM like Orange Logic can search its own library, but Living Knowledge combines and deduplicates that library with everything else you connect - documents, tickets, websites - into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single archive.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Orange Logic integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Orange Logic account and set up the integration.
