Storage
Supabase
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
Supabase is an open-source backend platform that pairs a Postgres database with file storage, the kind of setup an engineering team reaches for to run its own app. With Unless, the files sitting in that storage flow into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current.
Those files become the grounding data your agent answers from, and a public Help Center publishes automatically from them, SEO handled, even though the source is a storage bucket your engineers manage rather than a shared drive.
This is where Living Knowledge differs from a built-in help center: it doesn’t stop at what’s in your Supabase buckets, it combines and deduplicates that with everything else you connect - documents, tickets, websites - into one holistic, always-current Help Center, instead of a view limited to a single tool.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless pulls files straight out of Supabase storage buckets, without the navigation and footer clutter that would come from crawling a public site instead.
- Always current: Change a file in your Supabase storage bucket and Living Knowledge picks it up, so the agent never answers from a version your own deploy has already replaced.
How does it work?
Unless pulls files from your Supabase storage buckets into Living Knowledge, grounding your AI customer agent’s answers and feeding the public Help Center embedded in it.
