Because Lightfield already structures that activity automatically, your agent inherits organized account and deal data rather than whatever a rep last remembered to log, so it can open a conversation with the same picture Lightfield already built.

Buying, retention, and upsell signals your agent picks up on your website and product land in that same structured record, ready for the rep running the deal without anyone re-entering them by hand.

How does it work?

Unless connects to Lightfield through Living Context, reading the account and deal data Lightfield has already structured to ground your agent’s conversations. Signals it spots on your website and product route into that same record, so the rep running the deal finds them already organized rather than needing to log them.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Lightfield integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Lightfield account and set up the integration.
