Manatal is a recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system used by agencies and in-house teams to manage candidates and clients. With Unless, that data feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

That split matters to your agent: it can tell whether it’s mid-conversation with a candidate tracking their application or a client checking on a search, and reads the matching Manatal record instead of one generic customer profile.

How does it work?

Unless connects to Manatal through Living Context, reading the candidate or client record that matches whoever your agent is talking with. Signals it picks up from clients route into Manatal for the recruiter handling that relationship to act on.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Manatal integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Manatal account and set up the integration.
