Zenya
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
Zenya, by Dutch vendor Infoland, is a quality and risk management platform with modules for document control, incidents, audits, and risk. It is used mainly by healthcare and care organizations in the Netherlands and Belgium, and centralizes policy documents and incident workflows in regulated settings.
Connect it and Unless reads your Zenya documents, policies, procedures, whatever your organization manages there, straight into Living Knowledge. It publishes to your Unless Help Center automatically too, so the same controlled version stands behind both the public page and the agent’s answer, not an outdated copy saved to a shared drive.
Key benefits
- Answers from the controlled version: Unless ingests the actual document under version control in Zenya, not an export, a PDF copy, or a page someone saved to a shared drive.
- Stays in step with document control: When a policy or procedure changes in Zenya, Living Knowledge updates with it, so the agent never answers from a version your quality team has already superseded.
How does it work?
Unless pulls documents from Zenya into Living Knowledge, where they ground the agent’s answers and back the same content published to your public Help Center.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Zenya integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Zenya account and set up the integration. Once the integration is active, you’ll find a new “Add Zenya documents” option in the “Add training source” dropdown in the AI zone.
