Connect it and Unless reads your published pages, posts, and articles directly, the same copy that already does the SEO work on your own site, and turns it into grounding data your agent answers from. It also publishes into your Unless Help Center automatically, so the same content backs both your public help pages and every conversation the agent has.

How does it work?

Unless reads pages, posts, and articles straight from WordPress into Living Knowledge. Publish an update or a new post, and the agent’s answers update with it, without anyone re-uploading a document by hand.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Wordpress integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Wordpress account and set up the integration. Once the integration is active, you’ll find a new “Add Wordpress content” option in the “Add training source” dropdown in the AI zone.
