Coda
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
Coda is an all-in-one workspace that blends documents, tables, and apps in one place, which means the useful knowledge sits next to formulas, buttons, and structured tables rather than in a clean wiki page on its own.
That blend is exactly what Living Knowledge is built to make sense of: it pulls the useful parts of your Coda workspace in as grounding data, publishes a public Help Center on autopilot, and keeps both current as your workspace keeps changing.
Coda has no help center feature of its own, and a Coda doc rarely reads like a finished article. Living Knowledge is what turns that mix of narrative text and tables into something a customer can actually search, combined with everything else you connect into one holistic Help Center.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless reads the written content of your Coda docs, not the buttons, formulas, and table scaffolding that surround it.
- Always current: Coda docs change constantly by design; Living Knowledge tracks each change, so the agent never answers from a version your team has already moved past.
How does it work?
Unless reads your Coda docs and tables straight into Living Knowledge, turning them into grounding data for your AI customer agent and the public Help Center embedded in it.
Install instructions
