Context
Document360 is a dedicated knowledge base platform for product and help documentation.
Because that documentation is already structured and current inside Document360, Living Knowledge has a clean source to work from: articles become grounding data for your agent, and a public Help Center publishes on autopilot with SEO handled, no separate project required.
Document360 does one thing well: publish a knowledge base, and nothing else. That narrowness is also its limit, since an agent grounded only in Document360 can’t see the ticket a customer just opened or the page you also publish on your website. Living Knowledge combines the two, so the same documentation becomes one layer in a broader, always-current Help Center instead of a standalone site.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless ingests the article content itself, not the category tree and search widget that surround it on a published Document360 site.
- Always current: Document360 versions every article as it’s edited, and Living Knowledge follows the latest version, so the agent answers from what’s published today, not a superseded draft.
How does it work?
Once an article is published in Document360, Unless pulls it into Living Knowledge, where it becomes grounding data for your AI customer agent and feeds the public Help Center embedded in it.
