Context

Pushpay’s church management system, including Church Community Builder, stores member and donor records for faith organizations. With Unless, that data feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Your agent reads from those same member and donor records, so a returning donor isn’t asked to reintroduce themselves, and a member’s giving history informs the conversation the same way it would for staff working inside Pushpay or Church Community Builder.

When someone shows renewed giving interest, or engagement after a gap, your agent notices it on your site and writes it back to their record in Pushpay, so your team sees the same signal whether they’re working in Pushpay or Church Community Builder.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Pushpay ChMS integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Pushpay ChMS account and set up the integration.
