Connected this way, your agent opens every conversation already knowing which property a contact is tied to, whether they’re a new applicant, a vendor mid-sale, or a landlord renewing - across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support.

When a website visitor shows renewed interest in a listing or asks about switching agents, Unless routes that signal into Reapit tagged for the negotiator or branch manager already handling that property, instead of leaving it in a general enquiries queue.

How does it work?

Living Context pulls contact and property records from Reapit into every conversation your agent has. When it spots renewed interest or an agency-switch signal on your website, that routes into Reapit tagged for the negotiator or branch manager already on the listing.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Reapit integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Reapit account and set up the integration.
