Context

Planning Center is church management software that stores a congregation’s people, giving, and group records. With Unless, that data feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Your agent reads from those same people, giving, and group records, so it can tell a first-time visitor from someone already in three groups with a giving rhythm, and respond accordingly instead of treating every conversation the same.

When someone shows interest, in a new group, an upcoming event, giving for the first time, your agent notices it on your site and logs it back to their Planning Center record, so whoever follows up already knows what prompted the conversation.

How does it work?

Unless connects to Planning Center through Living Context, reading a person’s people, giving, and group records to ground every conversation your agent has. New interest it notices on your site gets written back to that same record for your team to follow up on.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Planning Center Online integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Planning Center Online account and set up the integration.
