Context

Firefish is the recruitment CRM and applicant tracking system recruitment agencies run their desk on, holding both candidate records and the client contacts those candidates are being placed with. Those records feed Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Because Firefish already tracks where a candidate sits in the pipeline and which client they’re being put forward to, your agent can tell a candidate mid-interview process apart from a client waiting on a shortlist, instead of treating every conversation the same.

When a candidate’s or client’s behavior on your website or in your product signals movement, whether that’s a candidate ready for the next stage or a client with a new requirement, the agent routes it into Firefish tagged for the consultant running that desk, so it doesn’t sit unseen while a placement is still live.

How does it work?

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Firefish integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Firefish account and set up the integration.
