Multi-channel

Discord

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10

Bring your Unless AI customer agent into Discord, the servers and channels where your community already talks.
This is a premium connector. See the pricing page for more information.

Context

Discord organizes people into servers and channels, the format communities and creator audiences use to talk in real time. Add Unless’s AI agent as a member of a server and it works inside those same channels, not a separate app your community has to go find.

A Discord channel is public to everyone in the server, so an answer posted once settles the question for whoever scrolls past it later, not only the person who asked. The agent still carries a single profile per customer across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support, so someone who first shows up in one channel is recognized if they turn up in another.

When a thread needs a person, it hands off to your team with the full conversation attached, so the handoff doesn’t start with the customer repeating what they already told the bot.

Key benefits

  • One answer, many readers: Because Discord channels are public, a question answered once resolves it for everyone who runs into the same thing later, not just the person who typed it.
  • Handoff with full context: Whoever on your team picks up an escalated thread gets the whole history, not a bare mention with no background.
  • Signals surfaced from community chatter: Buying, retention, and upsell signals the agent spots in server conversations route to your team instead of scrolling off the bottom of a busy channel.

How does it work?

Unless joins your Discord server as a bot, answering in the channels you configure, tracking one profile per customer across their journey, and handing a thread to your team with full context the moment it needs a person.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Discord integration. This will open a popup where you can connect Discord and set up the channel.
