Xurrent

Context
Xurrent, formerly 4me, is a SaaS IT and enterprise service management platform. It is used by enterprise IT teams and managed service providers, and is known for its service management workflows, automation, and multi-vendor service delivery.
With Unless, your Xurrent knowledge articles and resolved tickets become grounding data for Living Knowledge and publish straight to your public Help Center. The Team Assistant then works inside Xurrent itself: it answers tickets by searching that knowledge and related past tickets, and hands the case to whichever internal team or external provider owns it, with the full conversation attached.
This is where Living Knowledge earns its place next to Xurrent’s own knowledge base: it merges Xurrent articles and tickets with everything else you connect, other documents, your website, other systems, into one always-current Help Center, rather than a view that stops at Xurrent’s own walls. That matters more for Xurrent specifically because its multi-vendor delivery model already assumes knowledge has to cross tool boundaries between the providers involved.
Key benefits
- Multi-vendor handover: When the AI needs a person, the ticket goes to whichever internal team or external service provider owns it in Xurrent, with the full conversation attached, not to one generic queue.
- Team Assistant on top of Xurrent: Your IT team answers tickets inside Xurrent itself, drawing on Living Knowledge and related tickets, without switching tools.
How does it work?
Unless pulls articles and tickets from Xurrent into Living Knowledge to ground the agent and keep the Help Center current. On top of Xurrent, the Team Assistant answers directly from that knowledge and related tickets, then hands off, with the full conversation, to whichever team or provider actually owns the case.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Xurrent integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Xurrent account and set up the integration. Once the integration is active, you’ll find a new “Add Xurrent articles” option in the “Add training source” dropdown in the AI zone.
