Zendesk Sell is the sales CRM in the Zendesk family, tracking leads, contacts, and deals from the same company that builds Zendesk’s support products.

Connect it and Living Context reads those leads, contacts, and deals straight into every conversation your agent has, across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support - an agent that can see a contact has an open deal treats a support question from them differently than one from someone who has never bought anything.

Buying, retention, and upsell signals your agent spots on your website and product route into Zendesk Sell tagged for the rep running that deal, so a signal raised through a support interaction still reaches sales instead of stopping at the help desk.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Zendesk Sell integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Zendesk Sell account and set up the integration.
