Google Cloud Storage

Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10

Point Unless at your Google Cloud Storage buckets, and your AI agent starts answering from files your own systems already produced.
This is a premium connector. See the pricing page for more information.

Context

Google Cloud Storage is Google’s object storage service for files and unstructured data.

A lot of what ends up in a bucket was generated somewhere else first - a pipeline run, a scheduled export, a backup job - and never got a proper home afterward. Unless treats those objects the same as any other source: pulled into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current, then turned into grounding data your agent answers from and a public Help Center that publishes itself, SEO covered.

Key benefits

  • Better data quality: Objects come out of the bucket exactly as stored, so the agent works from the file itself rather than the navigation and template clutter a website crawl would add.
  • Always current: Drop a new object into the bucket or overwrite an old one, and Living Knowledge is updated within the same cycle, so the agent never answers from an export that has already been superseded.

How does it work?

Objects move from your Google Cloud Storage buckets into Living Knowledge on the same pull Unless runs for every source, becoming grounding data for your AI customer agent and feeding the public Help Center built into it.
