Azure Blob Storage
Version 1.0 · Last updated 2026-08-10
Context
Azure Blob Storage is Microsoft’s object storage service for large amounts of unstructured data.
Most of what lands in a container was never written for a person to read first - exports, backups, generated reports, application output. Connect it, and Unless pulls those blobs into Living Knowledge, the engine that keeps your business knowledge current, then turns them into grounding data your agent answers from and a public Help Center that publishes itself, SEO covered.
That is where Living Knowledge earns its keep on something like a container: a blob was never built for anyone to browse, let alone search, until it is combined with the documents, tickets, and websites you also connect into one holistic, always-current Help Center.
Key benefits
- Better data quality: Unless reads the blobs directly out of the container, so the agent works from the file itself instead of whatever navigation and footer clutter a website crawl of the same content would add.
- Always current: Add a new blob to the container, or overwrite an existing one, and Living Knowledge picks it up, so the agent is never grounded in an export that’s already outdated.
How does it work?
Unless reads blobs straight out of your Azure containers into Living Knowledge, which becomes the grounding data behind your AI customer agent and feeds the public Help Center built into it.
Install instructions
