Context
Circleback records meetings and turns them into notes, summaries, and action items automatically, and its MCP server exposes that record to AI. Connect it and the Circleback MCP server plugs into Living Context.
Ask your agent what was decided in a call, or who owns a follow-up, and it pulls the answer from Circleback’s notes instead of someone hunting through a recording. Those notes often name people who never agreed to have a chatbot read their words back, so permissions here scope which meetings and workspaces the agent can draw from, and the audit trail matters as much for their sake as for yours.
Key benefits
- Answers from the actual meeting: Your agent pulls decisions and action items straight from Circleback’s notes, not a half-remembered recap.
- Scoped by meeting, not just by user: Access is limited to the workspaces and meetings you grant, with a full record of what was read.
How does it work?
Unless connects to the Circleback MCP server through Living Context, so your agent can search notes and action items within the meetings you’ve granted it, and show which meeting an answer came from.
Install instructions
Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Circleback integration. This will open a popup where you can connect the Circleback MCP server and set up the integration.
