Context

Stack Exchange is a network of public question-and-answer communities covering many technical topics. With Unless, relevant Q&A flows into Living Knowledge as an external reference source that sits alongside your own content, not in place of it.

These public answers become extra grounding data the agent can draw on when a question is more general knowledge than something specific to your product. Your own sources still take priority, and the agent cites where each answer comes from, so nobody mistakes a Stack Exchange thread for your own documentation.

How does it work?

Unless pulls relevant Q&A from Stack Exchange into Living Knowledge, where it sits as supplementary grounding data: the agent can draw on it for technical questions, never in place of what you’ve documented yourself.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Stack Exchange integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Stack Exchange account and set up the integration.
