Context

Azure DevOps Wiki is the built-in documentation space in Microsoft’s Azure DevOps, where engineering teams keep project and product knowledge next to their code and work items. It is known for living right inside the development workflow.

Connect it and those pages join Living Knowledge alongside everything else you feed it, from support tickets to your public website, so knowledge your engineers wrote for themselves ends up grounding the answers your AI agent gives customers, not sitting isolated in a dev tool nobody outside engineering opens.

Azure DevOps Wiki was never built to face customers, so it has no help center of its own to compare against. What Living Knowledge adds is the missing half: it takes pages written for engineers and combines them with whatever else you connect, so the agent can answer from them without exposing the DevOps tool itself.

How does it work?

Unless pulls pages from Azure DevOps Wiki into Living Knowledge, where they sit alongside your other sources as grounding data for your AI customer agent and the public Help Center embedded in it.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Azure Devops WIKI integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Azure Devops WIKI account and set up the integration. Once the integration is active, you’ll find a new “Add Azure Devops WIKI documents” option in the “Add training source” dropdown in the AI zone.
