With that link, your agent reads whatever objects and fields your team has defined in Twenty CRM, and knows where a contact sits in your own pipeline before a conversation starts - across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support.

Because your team owns the schema, a buying signal your agent spots on your website routes into Twenty CRM using whichever object or field you built to track it, and lands with the rep already assigned to that record.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Twenty CRM integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Twenty CRM account and set up the integration.
