Context

NationBuilder is a community engagement CRM used by political campaigns, advocacy groups, and nonprofits to manage supporters. With Unless, that data feeds Living Context, the engine that connects your AI customer agent to your business systems.

Your agent inherits that supporter record too: whether someone is a first-time signer, a recurring donor, or a volunteer who’s gone quiet, it opens the conversation already knowing which of those they are instead of treating every supporter the same.

When a supporter shows fresh interest, more time on a donation page, engaging with a new campaign, your agent spots it and logs it back into NationBuilder against their record, so whoever on the campaign reaches out next already knows what triggered it.

How does it work?

Unless connects to NationBuilder through Living Context, reading a supporter’s record to ground every conversation your agent has. Signals of renewed engagement it spots on your website and product get logged back into that same record for your campaign or advocacy team to follow up on.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the NationBuilder integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your NationBuilder account and set up the integration.
