Freshsales is the sales CRM inside the Freshworks suite, used to manage contacts, accounts, and deals.

Connect it and Living Context reads those records straight into every conversation your agent has, across acquisition, retention, expansion, and support - an agent that can see a deal has stalled at proposal stage treats that contact differently than one who just came in as a fresh lead.

Buying, retention, and upsell signals your agent spots on your website and product route into Freshsales tagged for the rep who owns that deal, so it surfaces on their next call instead of getting lost between systems.

How does it work?

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Configure” for the Freshsales integration. This will open a popup where you can connect your Freshsales account and set up the integration.
