 Keep your CRM up to date with resolved chats.  IntegrationsInsights
 - You can now **send resolved conversations to Freshchat** (aka conversations that didn’t escalate). This can be set up via the [Conversations configuration page](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/analyze/conversations/configuration). If you have the Freshchat integration active, you will see an option to “*Forward resolved conversations to Freshchat*”.
