# MantisBT integration and Xurrent ticket ingestion

**Summary:** The MantisBT integration is live, Xurrent now supports ticket ingestion, and the team assistant no longer auto-switches websites by domain.

- Xurrent integration now supports ticket ingestion.
- Xurrent tickets are also supported in the Team Assistant.
- ⚙️ [MantisBT integration](https://unless.com/en/integrations/ticketing/mantisbt/ "Unless MantisBT integration") is now live! You can pull your MantisBT tickets into Unless to use as similar tickets for your AI.
- Team assistant no longer auto-switches websites based on the domain of the website. (It will now only auto-switch for the enabled integrations like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho.)
- When a user ends a live chat, the ended message will also be synced to the Freshchat/Zendesk agents.

__Bug fixes:__
- In the search bar component, the second question was registering as a new conversation instead of a continuation of the existing one. This has been fixed.
- Starting AI actions were not getting translated to the conversation language.
- For the “suggested follow-up questions” action, the action name was getting translated, but not the question itself. That is no longer the case.
- Livechat agent in a different region couldn’t respond back in Freshchat. This has been fixed.
