The identification of visitors is a great feature that helps you build lists of prospects. You can identify prospects by using one of our components with email collection functionality, or - if you are a bit more technical - our Identify API. But... how do you keep track of your new prospects? That's where the Slack notification integration comes in!
The benefit of this integration is that you know about a lead the moment they show interest in your business. They are no longer one of many anonymous visitors. Instead, they were interested enough to leave their contact details. And that is the perfect time for your salespeople to reach out either via email or maybe even pick up the phone. Contact those warm leads before they go cold.
How does it work?
You will get notified in a designated Slack channel whenever a visitor gets identified so you can act accordingly. Heads up: don't do this when you expect thousands of identified visitors each day... unless you like getting a lot of notifications.
Starting is really simple. Go to the Integrations section in your dashboard, and click on the Slack logo. You can then select your notification preferences and connect your existing Slack account to Unless.
