How does it work?

With this integration you can sync data about your visitors, contacts, segments, conversations, and more between Intercom and Unless. You can then create audiences and experiences within Unless for individual contacts as well as a variety of segments. You can also send visitor data such as attention span, lead score, and more from Unless back to Intercom to supplement the chat experience.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Unlock” for the Intercom integration. This will open up a form, where you can provide us with details regarding how you would like to use this integration eg. which data points you would like to be passed and in which direction. We will then configure the integration according to your needs.
