Sync your Eloqua contact and campaign data for a hyper-personalized user experience on your website as well as your email campaigns.

Chances are you already segment and personalize the emails you send out to your contacts. Imagine if you could continue that personalized experience on the website too. And not just the landing page, but their journey throughout the website. You could show them the right content, highlight relevant information, and so much more.

Key benefits

  • Ensure that the personalized experiences you create for your outreach go further than a landing page by using Unless Campaigns to send out your emails. You can attach a contact ID to each lead and prospect which will ensure that their journey throughout the website is hyper-personalized with updated data, thanks to the continuous sync functionality.
  • All the segmentation and targeting you've set up in Eloqua as well as dynamic lists you've created based on filtered profile, account, and activity data can all be used as custom traits in Unless. Equipped with that knowledge, you can start optimizing the website experience to speak directly to their needs.
  • Having the Eloqua connection will also mean you know the lead status of each prospect. This insight can be used to nudge them further down the funnel. For instance, use components to highlight happy customers that are similar to this prospect or change the CTAs on a page to "request a quote", "contact sales", etc.

How does it work?

With this integration you can sync data about your contacts, accounts, lists, campaigns, segments, and more between Eloqua and Unless. You can then create audiences and experiences within Unless for individual contacts as well as a variety of segments. You can also send visitor data such as attention span, lead score, and more from Unless back to Eloqua.

Install instructions

Once at the Integrations tab of your Unless dashboard, you can select “Unlock” for the Eloqua integration. This will open up a form, where you can provide us with details regarding how you would like to use this integration eg. which data points you would like to be passed and in which direction. We will then configure the integration according to your needs.
